Westknits MKAL 2025 - Mystery MusiKAL

It's here again MKAL Season

Join me in this years Stephen West MKAL - Mystery MusiKAL

Stephen is known for his wild color choices, and we have  lots of options. We also have many choices in more tonal and less contrast yarns.

You will need 4 contrasting colors of yarn in fingering weight. With the option to add on a mohair or suri. 

Yardage
Approximately 1748yds / 1600m total
Color A - 437yds / 400m
Color B - 437yds / 400m
Color C - 437yds / 400m
Color D - 437yds / 400m

Needles:
US 4 / 3.5mm circular in 40″ / 100cm length or size needed to obtain gauge
1 spare circular needle the same size or smaller for holding sts.

Gauge:
24 sts & 48 rows = 4″ / 10cm in garter stitch before blocking

Choose to buy your project yarn from Yarning, and there is no fee to participate, or you can use your own Stash Yarn, which requires a $10 fee to enter the MKAL. For both options you will receive the pattern at no extra cost.

** No Crafter Left Behind!!  There are a limited number of scholarships for those that want to join and use stash yarn but don't have the financial means. Contact me at info@yarning.shop to inquire.

The 1st clue will release is on Oct 2rd. We will have a Cast on get together that night from 5:30 - 8pm at High  and Dry Brewery. This is a free event, but you must sign up. HERE

How:

Sign up on-line or in store, buy yarn from Yarning, come to the cast on party Oct 2nd 5:30-8pm, attend all or any SAL stitching circles. For this MKAL you DO NOT have to finish to be entered into the raffle.
